• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance

• Orders may be cancelled by AgroSoldier due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification failure

• Order confirmation is sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp

6️⃣ Payments & COD

We accept:

• UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – subject to verification

📌 Important:

• AgroSoldier does not store card or UPI details

• COD acceptance is at AgroSoldier’s discretion

• Courier charges are non-refundable

7️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics or external factors

• AgroSoldier is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure events

8️⃣ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

• Courier refusal or non-acceptance does not qualify for refund

9️⃣ Refunds, Returns & Replacements

• AgroSoldier follows a replacement-only policy

• No monetary refunds are provided under any circumstances

• Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Replacement allowed only for:

• Damaged or leaked products

• Wrong product delivered

• Missing items

• Expired product at delivery

Opened, used, improperly stored, or custom bulk products are non-returnable.

🔟 Bulk Buyers & Distributors

For bulk buyers, institutions, and distributors:

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Batch number, invoice, and proof are mandatory

• Custom-packed, private-label, or special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable

• AgroSoldier is not responsible for resale misuse or third-party handling
