This policy explains our cancellation, refund, and replacement terms in a transparent and customer-friendly manner, in compliance with Indian e-commerce laws.

• Replacement: ✅ Available in eligible cases only

• Cancellation Window: Limited (before dispatch)

• Return Window: 7 days from delivery

• Applicable To: Farmers, retailers, distributors, bulk & institutional buyers

❌ Refund Policy (Replacement Only)

Due to the biological, consumable, and sensitive nature of agro products:

• No monetary refunds are provided

• No reversal to bank, card, UPI, wallet, or COD

• Approved cases will be handled via replacement only

This applies to all payment modes, including:

• Online payments

• UPI / Net Banking

• Credit / Debit cards

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

🔄 When Replacement Is Allowed

Replacement may be approved if the product received is:

• Physically damaged or leaked during transit

• Wrong product delivered

• Expired product at the time of delivery

• Missing item(s) in the order

• Tampered or broken seal on arrival

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Refundable & Non-Replaceable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-replaceable:

• Opened, used, or partially used products

• Products without original packaging, labels, or seal

• Damage caused due to improper storage or handling

• Products exposed to heat, moisture, or sunlight after delivery

• Field performance dissatisfaction (results depend on soil, crop, climate & usage)

• Promotional, clearance, or discounted items

• Custom-packed or made-to-order bulk quantities

🚜 Agro & Bio Product Disclaimer

Bio and microbial products:

• Are living or sensitive formulations

• Require correct storage, dosage, and application

• Performance varies by crop, soil health, water quality, and climate

Hence, no refund or replacement is applicable for:

• Low or delayed field results

• Incorrect application

• Mixing with incompatible chemicals

🛒 Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Cancellation request must be raised immediately after order placement

• Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

• Courier refusal or non-acceptance will not qualify for refund

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

• No refund is applicable

• Replacement requests follow the same eligibility rules

• Courier charges are non-refundable

• Proof (images/video) is mandatory for claims

📦 Bulk Buyers & Distributor Orders

For bulk buyers, dealers, institutions, and distributors:

• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Batch number, invoice, and images are mandatory

• Partial replacement is subject to approval

• Custom-label, private-brand, or special packing orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable

• Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days

• AgroSoldier reserves the right to approve or reject any claim

• Approved replacements are shipped within 5–7 working days

⚠️ Fraud Prevention

AgroSoldier reserves the right to reject claims if:

• False or misleading information is provided

• Repeated misuse of return policy is detected

• Evidence is insufficient or manipulated

⚖️ Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by:

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019

• Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

• Indian Contract Act, 1872
